How do you know the care is good?
Families navigating developmental care face a bewildering, uneven field — strong providers and weak ones, with little way to tell them apart, and few channels to be heard in how the system is run. The people with the most at stake have had the least say.
What families have lacked is a trustworthy standard to look for, and a genuine voice in the governance of the field that serves their children.

As an ally, lived-experience member or self-advocate, you are not a bystander to the standard — you help hold it.
- A standard to trust — care anchored on a regulator-licensed, validated measure and a recognised competency standard — something to look for, and to rely on.
- A real voice — a seat on the Lived-Experience / Parent & Self-Advocate panel, voicing the perspective that matters most in the Alliance's governance.
- A safeguarding commitment — an alliance with zero tolerance for harm and the highest child-safeguarding expectations of its members — read our commitment.
- Equity of access — the SEVA™ commitment that quality care should not depend on geography or means.
- Data dignity — children's data handled lawfully and protectively under the DPDP Act 2023 — never tracked, never sold.

Add your voice.
Membership is free in the establishment period. Families, allies, self-advocates and well-wishers are welcome to join, to be heard, and to help shape a field built around the child.
If you have a concern about a child's safety in connection with the Alliance, our Child Safeguarding commitment sets out how to raise it — and Childline (1098) is always available for a child in immediate danger.
04 Why it is credible
Anchored on a regulator-licensed standard — evidence, not assertion.
The Alliance's Anchor Institution & Secretariat, Bharath Healthcare Laboratories, operates Pinnacle Blooms Network® — which built India's first regulator-licensed developmental life-cycle. Its platform, PinnacleAI GPT-OS®, is classified by the CDSCO as a Class B Software as a Medical Device and manufactured under a Telangana State Licensing Authority MD-5 licence (Medical Devices Rules, 2017), with ISO 13485:2016 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022. IRWFA itself is not a regulator; it holds this attainment in trust for the field, and its own recognitions are in process.

Can families join IRWFA?
