The library
Resources & evidence.
One place to find — and cite — the documents behind the Alliance: the founding Charter, the open and DOI-anchored research that validates the standard, and the frameworks the standard rests on.
01 The founding instrument.
The IRWFA Charter is the Alliance's constitutive instrument — 19 Articles and 7 Schedules, modelled on the WHO Constitution and Indian Section 8 (not-for-profit) company law. It defines the 3 + 3 architecture, the independence keystone, membership of standing character, and the standards canon.
02 The validated standard — open, and citable.
The standard is proven, not asserted. Its anchor measure, AbilityScore®, was independently validated and published open-access with permanent DOIs — free for anyone to read, cite, and check.

03 The standards it rests on.
The IRWFA Standard is built upon the field's established frameworks, cited accurately: WHO ICF, the WHO Rehabilitation Competency Framework and Rehabilitation 2030; ICD-11, ICHI and SNOMED CT; ISO 21001 and ISO/IEC 17024; the UN CRPD and the SDGs (3, 4, 8, 10); India's RPwD Act 2016, RCI Act 1992 and NEP 2020.
04 How to cite IRWFA.
For the standard's evidence, cite the DOIs above. For the institution, cite the Alliance entity directly:
